The Storefront Cleaning Program is a per-visit cleaning route for downtown Centralia shops. Pick a service, we quote your size at the walk-through, and you're billed after each visit — keep us on the schedule for as long as it's working.
The two services
Exterior Only
All exterior glass, squeegee-finished. Frames wiped, sills detailed.
Exterior + Interior
Everything in Exterior Only, plus inside glass and interior frames.
Prices are per visit, small-storefront rate. Medium and large are set when we walk your space.
Recurring discount
Put us on a schedule and every visit gets discounted — forever.
No minimum, no lock-in. The discount applies as long as you stay on the schedule.
What every visit includes
Exterior storefront glass
Windows, entry-door glass, transoms. Squeegeed and edge-finished so the storefront always looks freshly cleaned to walk-in customers.
Sills and tracks
Sills wiped down, tracks dusted. Small details that make the difference between clean and hastily-cleaned.
Rain guarantee
If weather streaks the glass within 24 hours of our visit, we come back for a free re-do. Storefront glass doesn't wait for a perfect forecast.
Before-and-after check-in
Optional. Text you a quick photo when we start and when we finish so you know it's done, even if you're not there.
Add-ons
Extra work, quoted after we’ve seen your storefront.
These aren’t part of the standard visit rate — but if you need them, we handle them without switching cleaners.
Second-story glass
Priced separately by storefront. Ladder or extension pole work as needed. Usually doable — ask when you request a cleaning.
Hardwater / mineral removal
For glass that's been streaked by sprinklers, misters, or hard water over years. One-time chemical treatment, quoted after we walk the space.
Post-event or one-time deep clean
Big smudge day, holiday window paint coming off, grand-reopening polish. Not on the regular route — but we'll fit it in.
How pricing works
One straightforward price per visit.
Two services, three sizes. Small, medium, or large is set when we walk your shop. No square-footage calc, no per-window count.
Because every visit is a two-minute walk to the next, our costs collapse — and that savings shows up in your rate.
Terms
No contract. No lock-in.
After each visit we email you a Stripe invoice — card or bank transfer. Book us once, book us weekly, take a month off: your call every time.
Nothing to cancel. Nothing to pause. If you want us back, tell us; if you don’t, we won’t chase you.
